- GENERAL INFROMATION
DZC-02 analog tachometer is a high reliable monitor which monitors
the rotating speed of the shaft. It was good advantages of high reliable, high
accuracy, vibration resistant and long life span.
- OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Functional
diagram is shown in figure1. inputs the signal from magnetic sensor or other
frequency signal which proportional to rotating speed. The signal is limited
and shape by circuit comprises IC1 and circuit around it, then the signal
converted to corresponding DC voltage by F/V circuit which comprises IC2 and
circuit around it. The amplifier comprises IC4 and circuit around it, is a
buffer amplifier for two output, one is to indicator the other is to ALERT and OVER SPEED alarm. When the output signal exceeds the set value the
corresponding lamp in front of the panel shall be turn on and the contact point
at rear terminal shall be outputted for driver.
- SYSTEM CALIBRATION
- Interconnect wire, make sure there is no wrong in
interconnection then turn on the power.
- use a low frequency signal generator to replace magnetic sensor at
terminal block in site.
- monitor indicates zero point when no input signal
- connect a low frequency signal generator to the input terminal
of DZC-02 tachometer .Make the input frequency from 100,200,…. To 4500Hz, the
monitor shall indicate the value proportional to the input signal. If
there are some differ, W1 the variable resistor shall be adjusted by
opening the rear cover
- set alert set point value and over speed set point value with
low frequency signal generator, adjust the corresponding variable resistor
W2 and W3 Let Alert and Over Speed
Lamp On. Do the process several time to make sure that the output is
accurate.

Pada intinya
supaya penjelasannya pendek alat ini mengkonversi pulsa yang di berikan sensor
ke tegangan yang mana nantinya tegangan dan frekuensi yang masuk itu sebanding.
Kebanyakan alat yang serupa dengan ini hanya sampai di panel saja sebagai
indikasi lapangan. Jika yang berhubungan dengan DCS kita menggunakan type yang
lain ya sudah barang tentu lebih akurat pembacaannya dan sudah di konversi ke
signal 4-20mA
jadi untuk indikasi lokal biasanya gambarnya seperti berikut dan juga biasanya tidak terlibat dalam interlock turbin, silahkan lihat di bawah ini :
